Brisk
We met Brisk at a critical point in their journey as they focused on the 5.5 million SME businesses across the UK but with a limited budget and no outbound sales reach they were failing to get sufficient traction. We pivoted the business to make it a B2B2C proposition, creating an added-value technology solution for the end customers of enterprise clients such as Barnett Waddingham and others.

Moneyinfo
An open banking platform that allowed customers to add their entire financial world into one single easily managed dashboard. The business was highly successful at selling to Independent Financial Advisers, who branded the app as their own and provided it to their clients. We created a new engagement plan to get them into enterprise clients such as Legal and General, WTW and Vanguard amongst others.

Medi2data
An already successful business who sold their technology solution to the Insurance sector removing the pain of gathering medical evidence for underwriters. We identified 7 other sectors for them, including PI lawyers, County Councils, DVLA, Army Recruitment and PIP providers. Following an intensive engagement programme they now have clients across these sectors.

Soma Health
A rapidly growing occupational health provider who faced the challenges of growing fast but with little rigour and processes to manage their sales efforts. We designed a new sales process and client engagement strategy, coaching the CEO and direct reports to better performance. The company sold to a major private health provider for an undisclosed sum.
